This will be the first time that the Winter Olympic Games will have a single Hospitality provider, and for the first time its services will also be available to the general public and not just to sponsors and stakeholders. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organising Committee has chosen On Location for this mission because the American company, which also has a base in Milan, is a leader in the sector of major international sporting events.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Hospitality Programme will be the most extensive in the history of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and will give a record number of people the chance to enjoy the highest-quality service, thanks to the wide choice of hospitality experiences and price ranges.
The Hospitality packages offer clients guaranteed tickets to their favourite events, as well as access to a variety of accommodation and entertainment options tailored to their requirements and budgets. They include stays in exclusive hotels, dedicated transport to games venues, the chance to sample gourmet cuisine by renowned chefs, meetings with Olympic and Paralympic champions, and much more besides.
The packages will be on sale from the end of November, but until 7 October, On Location will also be offering its clients Priority Access, via a programme that requires a fully refundable deposit of € 200 for the right to Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality & Overnight packages. This is the first time in the history of the Olympics: clients will have the chance to get hold of the most sought-after hospitality packages before they are officially released for sale to the general public.
