Starting from Passo Falzarego (2015m), the 50-person cabins of the Lagazuoi cable car ride up to 2732m above sea level, just below the summit of Mt Lagazuoi (2778m) overcoming an elevation gain of 630 m in less than 3 minutes with an oblique length (span-width) of 1150m. Once on top, visitors will enjoy a wonderful mountain environment in the heart of the Dolomites, an open-air Museum of World War 1, and the Lagazuoi EXPO Dolomiti exhibition and congress centre.
During the summer, the cable car, the Lagazuoi EXPO Dolomiti, Rifugio Lagazuoi, and even the trail leading to the summit cross are accessible to wheelchair users. In winter, skiers will enjoy the Armentarola ski run , the longest and most scenic run in the Dolomiti Superski carousel, down to the Alta Badia ski area, while another scenic run descends to Passo Falzarego.
