On the occasion of the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games, the Lagazuoi cable car is transformed into an artistic installation that brings together landscape, art and inclusion. With the work “Limitless Cable Car”, artist Fulvio Morella completes the project NO LIMITS EXIST, promoted by Cramum, bringing his Starry Braille language to one of the most iconic lifts in the Dolomites.
The artistic intervention interacts with the extraordinary natural scenery of the Ampezzo Dolomites and invites visitors to reflect on the concept of limits and the possibility of overcoming them through creativity, accessibility and shared experiences. Morella’s Starry Braille, the distinctive language of the artist, turns the ascent to Lagazuoi into a symbolic and inclusive experience open to everyone.
The project culminates in the exhibition “Cortina di Stelle”, curated by Sabino Maria Frassà, hosted at Lagazuoi EXPO Dolomiti. On Saturday 7 March at 12:30 pm (free admission) the artist’s book NO LIMITS EXIST, produced under the high patronage of the European Parliament, will also be presented.
The event will also include a discussion dedicated to the theme “Art and sport as tools for inclusion”, with contributions from artist Fulvio Morella, curator Sabino Maria Frassà, Maurizio Molinari (Head of the European Parliament Office in Milan), Rosanna Filippin, MEP Elena Donazzan, and Gianni Cardelli, Olympic Attaché of the Republic of San Marino.
The project is part of the cultural programme surrounding the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games, highlighting the territory while promoting the values of accessibility and participation. In this context, the cable car – a daily gesture in the mountains – becomes a metaphor for a shared journey: an ascent that invites visitors to imagine the mountains as a place open to everyone.
The exhibition “Cortina di Stelle” and the installation “Limitless Cable Car” will be open to visitors until 5 April.
The project is promoted by Cramum in collaboration with the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP), INJA Louis Braille (Paris) and the San Marino National Olympic Committee.
