The Tofane Slopes Reopen from February 19 to 28.
Experience the thrill of skiing on the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic race courses
Cortina d’Ampezzo, February 19, 2026 – Following the conclusion of the women’s alpine skiing events at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the iconic Tofane slopes are back in the spotlight — this time for all ski enthusiasts.
After days of spectacular competitions, where the world’s top athletes competed on courses that once again made skiing history, Cortina now gives visitors the opportunity to experience the Olympic atmosphere firsthand.
From February 19 to 28, 2026 (inclusive), while awaiting the start of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympic Games, part of the Tofane ski area will reopen to the public. A unique opportunity to ski on the same slopes that have just crowned Olympic champions and to feel the excitement of the Games still lingering in the air.
The following slopes will be open: Socrepes, Redoncè, Roncato, Col Taron, Valon, Canalone, Caprioli, Labirinti and Tofanina.
The Stratofana and Schuss slopes will remain temporarily closed to allow preparations for the Paralympic competitions scheduled from March 6 to 22, 2026.
Access Information
To facilitate access, guests are encouraged to use the Skibus S33, running every 15 minutes.
Some regulated access measures remain in place:
Socrepes area accessible to yellow pass holders
Piè Tofana area accessible to purple pass holders
Limited traffic zone (ZTL) active at the entrances to Cortina
From February 23 to 28, access to the main parking areas and to Socrepes, Ex Meloncino, Son de Prade and Piè Tofana will be fully open again.
The ski areas of San Vito, Auronzo di Cadore, Misurina, Lagazuoi, Cinque Torri, Pocol and Col Gallina remain regularly open, ensuring continuous skiing opportunities throughout the Olympic period.
Special Courtesy Rate
A 20% courtesy rate is available on daily and multi-day ski passes valid in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
An additional 5% discount is granted for online purchases made at least two days in advance.
This initiative is intended as a gesture of appreciation towards our guests, in consideration of the temporary operational adjustments related to the Olympic event.
The reopening of the Tofane slopes is the result of close collaboration between institutions, the organizing committee and local operators, working together to make this special skiing window possible between the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Following the conclusion of the Paralympic competitions, from March 16, 2026, the entire Cortina Skiworld area will be fully operational once again.
