The winter season isn’t over yet in Cortina: the upcoming weekends are packed with exciting events, from sports and culture to breathtaking mountain experiences. Here’s a selection of what’s coming up.
Super 8 Competition
Until April 6, 2025
A photo and video contest for mountain lovers. Two categories, two great prizes:
– Two nights for two in the stunning Cortina Delicious area (Lagazuoi, 5 Torri, Giau and Falzarego Passes) for the Photo & Video Reel category
– A full day with a Mountain Guide in the Lagazuoi 5 Torri Giau area for the Sport Adventure category (photo or video)

Ski Exhibition – “Cortina Stories of Sport – Road to 2026”
Galleria Nuovo Centro 18 (formerly Farsetti)
An exhibition celebrating Cortina’s Olympic heritage with medals, trophies, and stories of legendary athletes, on the road to the Milano-Cortina 2026 Games.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Also open Sunday morning, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Great War Ski Tour
Until March 30
A scenic and accessible ski itinerary through historical sites of the First World War.
The route passes through Giau Pass, Falzarego, Val Badia, Arabba, and Alleghe, circling around the iconic Col di Lana.
A unique experience blending skiing, history, and nature.
Trofeo Memorial Scoiattoli
Saturday, April 5 – 5 Torri
A nighttime ski mountaineering race organized by the historic Scoiattoli Cortina Group.
Starting from Bai de Dònes and finishing at Rifugio Scoiattoli, followed by an awards ceremony and dinner for participants.
Headlamps are mandatory.

Spring Celebration
Sunday, April 6 – Rifugio Scoiattoli
A festive day in the mountains to welcome the spring season. Music with a live DJ from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM and the chance to relax in the scenic hot barrel tub overlooking the 5 Torri.
The 5 Torri chairlift will remain open until 6:00 PM.
Lunch reservations at the Rifugio are recommended.
End-of-Season Party
Saturday, April 5 – Chalet Tofana
A final celebration to mark the close of the winter season.
Not a farewell, just a see-you-soon: the summer season kicks off on May 1.
