The World Ski Championships returns to the Dolomites after 16 years, with a renewed love for the mountains and the desire to look to the future. The magalog "S" was born in that spirit, as a new editorial project of Dolomiti Super Ski. A magazine that, every six months, will tell the beauty of these mountains and the stories of its territories. A story made of respect for nature and the environment that surrounds us, of the desire to enjoy skiing fun in the most sustainable way, of love for everything that relates to the mountain.
Cortina d'Ampezzo is the main character of first issue cover, a vintage image with the Cinque Torri and the ski lifts framing a snowy path. Ski lifts are more and more caring about environmental responsibility thanks to the use of renewable energy, the water cycle in the production of snow for programmed snowmaking, the movement of snow coordinated with sensors and GPS to minimize movements on the ground.
These are just some of the topics of the first issue of "S", which also presents the characteristics of the 12 ski areas of the Dolomiti Superski. All the areas are extremely different because of various cultures, languages and gastronomy, but they are united by the majesty and uniqueness of the Dolomites.
